WHAT MAKES THE CBRE INDEX VALUABLE?

CBRE’s profound retail experience has been used in order to create a market leading

benchmarking tool to measure individual shopping centre performance compared to

overall market performance.

The Shopping Centre Index analyses rental levels, turnovers and effort ratios for typical

shopping centres in Poland.

Over 7,000 different lease agreements and reports were analysed in order to create

the Index. CBRE monitors average figures at the portfolio level, as well as rents and

turnovers for different unit sizes and tenant categories.

On top of that, the international context was also analysed – the retail index is also

prepared by CBRE offices in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy and Spain.
